I've got a bunch of work to do for school today, so I decided I needed brain food to muscle my way through it. I made a yummy salad. So yummy I had to document. Everything was organic, naturally, and I still haven't started that school work...
1/2 Baby Spinach; 1/2 Arugula
Locally grown White Corn
1 Avocado
Sunflower Seeds
Goat Cheese
How I made it: Chopped up and tossed everything into a bowl and took twice as long to do so in order to take pictures of everything. Voila!
