In Transit

Model: Sarah Draper

As I mentioned in my last post, I took some product shots for a friend of mine, Courtney Rivenbark, and Second Wind Threads- her soon-to-be online boutique! She'll be launching it in 2013. But don't worry, you can go ahead a grab some cute re-thrifted pieces from Courtney's Etsy Store, All Seasons Vintage. Hop on it party people.

Skatin' Ain't No Thang

Here it is, finally! Shoot One with the amazing Madeline Cimone. I have to give her credit, she's the one who told me about the skate park. Once she did, we absolutely had to shoot there! It was so perfect. Clothing is courtesy of the kick butt new+vintage apparel phenomena The Wonder Shop.
In other news, if you haven't already, please check out my brand-spankin'-new official online portfolio! This is where I'll be posting all of my photoshoots first, so you'll definitely want to check up there frequently. Yay for moving one step closer to professionalism! Thank you guys so much for your love and support; you guys are so sick. Anyway, check it out: http://thirdsunphotography.com

Old Dairy Road

Yesterday Dylan and I biked to this crazy flea market near my house. Its a giant warehouse stuffed to the ceiling with old antiques. Anything you can think of, it's there. The trick is you have to find it! Its so fun to get lost in there for a while. Here's some photos of what we came across:

Vintage Heaven

I just acquired the cutest vintage boots ever! They're in almost perfect condition and exactly my size! I have been on the hunt for some low rise mahogany cowboy booties for the past year and I finally found them at Planet, this awesome little post-WWII fashion spot in Downtown Wilmington. They have a mixture of vintage, contemporary, and locally made clothing and products all throughout the store. It's got such an original style and its one of my favorite shops in town. And it quickly climbed its way up my like-list when I was able to snag these babies!
