The Ancient City

Yesterday we stopped in Cozumel, a tiny island off the coast of Mexico. It was beautiful! At first I was a little upset because right off the port there's all these "authentic" Mexican shops that catered to pasty and overweight American. I wanted the real thing. Thankfully we took a short taxi ride, a 30 minute ferry, and a 45 minute van ride to the ancient Mayan city of Tulum. Now that's what I'm talking about! It was absolutely breathtaking. I cannot wait to go back.

En Route

Currently I'm sitting in my bathing suit on my ocean view balcony watching the sun set over Mexico. How amazing is that?! I can't wait to share more photos throughout the week. The wifi on the ship is super slow so bear with me. Here's some snazzy shots I got on my plane rides to Miami to start off this whole adventure.
